Guy Bisson, Executive Director, Ampere Analysis. Guy Bisson has more than 25 years’ experience as a leading entertainment market analyst with a specialisation in the global television business. He is a regular speaker and moderator at many of the world’s leading entertainment business conferences, a frequent media commentator in print and broadcast and author of numerous reports and research articles on the business and strategy of the television industry. Most recently, Guy has been focusing on the SVoD content market and the impact of new viewing platforms on the traditional channel and platform business. Guy previously led the television research practice at both Screen Digest and IHS and is now Executive Director of Ampere Analysis, a London-based company with a global focus on television and new media that is combining, for the first time, big data analytics, consumer research and industry analysis.

Mikala Krogh, Director. Graduated in documentary direction from the National Film School of Denmark, 2001. Worked for several years in radio before making her directorial debut in 1992 with “Epilogue” (co-directed with Sara Bro). Has since worked with personal, investigative and experimental documentaries. Co-owner of Danish Documentary Production. Her films include “Scandinavian Star” (2020, 6 part tv-series, winner of the Norwegian tv award “Gullruten” for best tv-series), “A Year of Hope” (2017, International premiere af IDFA), “The Newsroom of the Record” (2014, Winner of best danish tv-documentary 2015, International premiere af IDFA), “A Normal Life” (2012, Audience award at CPH:DOX 2014, International premiere af IDFA Mid-Length competition). Jennifer Mival, nach Stationen bei FremantleMedia in London, ITVStudios und ProSiebenSat.1 wurde sie Head of Program beim Jugendsender joiz und 2015 Head of Formats bei der Kölner Produktionsfirmae Seapoint Productions. Seit Juni 2019 ist Jennifer Mival Managerin Unscripted & Doc Series DACH & Nordics bei Netflix.

Eva Müller studierte Geschichte, Öffentliches Recht und Linguistik in Tübingen und Marseille. Im Anschluss volontierte sie beim Westdeutschen Rundfunk in Köln. Von 2005 an arbeitete sie als freie Autorin und Redakteurin vor allem für die Doku-Redaktion „Die Story“ sowie das ARD-Politikmagazin „Monitor“. Für ihre Dokumentationen wurde sie u. a. mit dem Deutschen Fernsehpreis, dem CNN Award Journalist of the Year, dem Hanns-Joachim-Friedrichs-Preis (Förderpreis) und dem Grimme-Preis ausgezeichnet. Ihre Bücher „Gott hat hohe Nebenkosten“ (2013) und „Richter Gottes“ (2016), Verlag Kiepenheuer und Witsch, waren Bestseller. Seit 2017 leitet sie das Projekt „docupy“ (btf/WDR/ARD).

Hannah Pilarczyk arbeitet seit 2009 als Redakteurin im Kulturressort des SPIEGEL. Sie ist Mitglied im Beirat des Verbands der deutschen Filmkritik, des Marburger Kamerapreises sowie im Kuratorium vom Haus des Dokumentarfilms. Außerdem ist sie als ständige Jurorin für die MFG Filmförderung tätig.

Jörg SchneiderJörg Schneider ist seit 1998 Redakteur in der ZDF-Redaktion „Das kleine Fernsehspiel“. Er betreut dramaturgisch und redaktionell Spiel- und Dokumentarfilme, darunter auch internationale Koproduktionen. Zu den in letzter Zeit von ihm betreuten Filmen gehören u.a. „Kokon“, „Das Ende der Wahrheit“, die Mini-Serie „Deutscher“, „Fett und Fett“ sowie die dokumentarische True-Crime Serie „Höllental“. Für das ZDF beteiligte er sich unter anderem am First Movie Programm und war bis 2012 Mitglied der Jury des Filmfonds Wien. Momentan arbeitet er vom Hauptstadtstudio Berlin aus für die Redaktion. Jörg Schneider studierte nach Abschluss eines Politikstudiums an der Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg (HFBK) Film bei Prof. Gerd Roscher. Anschließend arbeitete er als Produktionsleiter und Regieassistent bei verschiedenen Film- und Fernsehproduktionen.

Martin Spieker ist seit 2019 Chefredakteur der Filmreif TV GmbH, die unter anderem die dokumentarische Serie „Bayreuther Straße“ produziert. Zuvor war er von 2015 bis 2019 als Senior Vice President Factual für SAT.1 tätig. Er betreute in dieser Zeit etwa das „Sat.1 Frühstücksfernsehen“ oder das Magazin „akte“. Nach seinem Studium an der Universität Hamburg mit den Schwerpunkten Philosophie, Kunstgeschichte und Romanistik begann er seine Karriere beim NDR als freier Autor. Als Redaktionsleiter bei der Produktionsfirma MME und bei RTL Television realisierte er verschiedenste Produktionen. Von 2008 bis 2015 war er für die RTL-Tochterfirma InfoNetwork als Executive Producer für Formate wie beispielsweise „Die 10...“, „Die 25...“, „DSDS - Das Magazin“ oder „Menschen, Bilder, Emotionen“ zuständig.

Justin Webster, director, writer and executive producer. Justin has a passion for crafting non-fiction narratives. He developed this first, as a writer, while working as a reporter for The Independent newspaper in London the early 90s, having graduated in classical literature from Cambridge University. After moving to Barcelona, as a freelance non-fiction writer, he wrote reportage for magazines often working with leading photographers, and at the same time, he became an independent producer/director for news features and short documentaries for the BBC and others. In 2004 he directed his first feature length documentary, “FC Barcelona Confidential”, which won several international awards, for its deep access and character-driven, observational, narrative style. Since then, Justin has directed a series of award-winning films, all produced by Sumpta Ayuso, founding partner of JWP, on subjects as diverse as the lives of jihadi terrorists, or the inspiring work of a transplant doctor, or the photographic testimony to the drama of African emigration, or a story of love, murder and political conspiracy in Guatemala. The films can either take the form of past narratives brought into the present with interviews, reconstructions, and investigation, or they can be vérité style, following an unfolding story. All are driven by a passion for discovering the meaning of the story through the experience of the characters, and finding the compelling narrative with which to tell it. All is based on the belief that true stories, told with creativity but without invention, can be as dramatic as fiction, and often more revealing. These include the critically-acclaimed “Death in León” (2016, Movistar, relaunched 2019, HBO Spain), the globally-released Emmy-winning “Six Dreams” (2018, Amazon), top rated “The Pioneer” (2019, HBO Europe/HBO Latino) and recent “Nisman - The Prosecutor, The President and the Spy” (Netflix, ZDF, Movistar+, DR) which premiered at the San Sebastian Film Festival in September, 2019, was released globally in January, 2020.
